Vel'koz ult bug (gameplay)

While playing ranked today, my first ult with vel'koz glitched out, it showed no laser, just the particles around where it would be. I had Battlecast vel'koz on so all it gave was this red glow where the ult is, this has happened for the past two games and its kinda difficult to play around. I'm even able to see the bug in my replay's. I have submitted a report, but i don't think i mentioned that i was in a skin.
