[GAMEPLAY] Caitlyns ULT

not sure if this is a bug so forgive me if it isnt, just seemed unfair.

basically i recently played a game as Caitlyn and we was chasing down a champion on very low health, i was pretted fed at this point, so i unloaded my ult on the champion and as my bullet left my gun, the champion was killed by master yi, my bullet didnt hit the target as they died whilst the bullet was traveling, and yi got the kill - but the bug is i think that my ult whent on full CD 70 or so seconds.

if this is meant to happen then so be lol.
