[Client] Client installer is bugged

So when the last patch hit, my game started spazing out. Won't connect to chat, the patch itself was installing itself immediately after finishing it; basically the whole thing broke. So after looking around and trying some basic fixes, none of which were effective, I decided to just uninstall and reinstall the game. Only to now regret this decision as what was suppose to be just an afternoon fixing my client has turned into a week long struggle to install the client and download the patch (72 hours to patch it and if I lose internet for a whole of 10 seconds I'll have to restart, when my internet rests itself every 24 hours.)

While looking around, I found a comment from a rioter saying that canceling or messing with the patcher while it's working can lead to slowdown as the game has to check files for corruption. So I decided to try uninstalling the client again and making sure all those filed are cleared out, now though I am experiencing this.

As of posting I'm at 1693mb/1474mb, and I'm just going to continue having it open, because I don't want to have to go through ANOTHER 2+ hour install cycle.
