Sticky Crit. Chance Indicator

When you click on one of your allies or at an enemy champion, in the stats panel at the top left corner it shows the crit amount of the player with the highest crit chance in the game. For instance, if there is a Tristana with an IE everybody you click on will have 25% crit chance--or at least that's what the indicator shows; this bug appears to be purely visual.
