Kindred E not activating

So i was playing a match just now as kindred and during the first 5-8 mins of the game and my E refused to activate on any monster camp, I had the mana and i was stopping so i could clearly see myself click on the Krug but it refused to go off putting me at a disadvantage in my jungle not being able to use an ability which gives good damage, another time later in the jungle my E started working again but on the third mark wolf plays no Sound Effect and he does not attack for the burst of damage.
If someone could please look into this it would be great otherwise her update feels very nice and i'm glad they did it.
