Issue with recent League of Legends Survey

I know it's not necessarily a gameplay bug, but I wasn't sure where else to post this.

Just today I received an email to take a League of Legends survey. I've gotten these before, and actually like taking them. It's a good way for me to both consider my own thoughts on the game, as well as send in some feedback of my own. Whether it gets read or not doesn't matter, I just enjoy the process.

However, during the latter parts of the survey where it asks about champion balance, the champion Lux came up. I was actually happy about this, because I don't like the most recent Lux changes (Instantly detonatable E being the primary issue) and wanted to write it down. Unfortunately after the first three questions (Three words that describe Lux? Do you like Lux? And what is your gameplay experience with Lux?(AKA are you good at her, good at playing against her, good at playing with her etc.) it immediately skipped to the next champions! I didn't get the option to say how I felt about her abilities, her kit, her visuals, or put in any comments of my own, all options it normally gives you. I even started hitting the back button on the survey to see if I had skipped it on accident. This of course instead started randomly asking about OTHER champions. I pushed the back button until Lux popped up, and continued. Once again, after the first few questions(Which it had remembered my answers for even) it skipped to the next champion. Confused, I filled out things for that champion, and got the full list of questions(Ekko by the way, who I don't have much to say about honestly) and I got all the options that I had WANTED for the Lux section, but had been gone.

So what's the deal with this? Is this just a bug? Are the full questions only asked about some champions? Did Lux lazor-erase most of her questions to ensure that no one brings up her issues? I'm just very confused about the whole situation.
