Weird ingame lags only while casting or typing

I played some matches today and everything was fine. Later I played again and till now I get nasty lag spikes whenever I hit a keyboard button...so while casting or typing. Strangley enough, everything else is fine. Just surfing the web, the PC, or even ingame just walking around or mousclicking...zero lag.

But if I try to write in chat, I can literally type a sentence and hit enter before the first two letters even appear in the chatbox. Hitting tab to view the team items, sometimes keeps the window open for what feels like 10 seconds. Abilities are unusable like this of course.

While in one of these laggy games I left the game window to check if maybe Kasperski was doing something, but no. Only weird thing was the task manager calling for a 100% hard disk usage, but I dont know if that's normal while LoL is running ?!

I reset my router, I deleted my temp files, I restarted my PC...nothing works.

If anyone has some advise on how to fix this, I'd gladly try it. Or maybe this somehow goes away as spontaneously as it came.

I googled some more for high hard disk usage and tried some proposed solutions like deactivating windows search or some other services without any change in results.

Weirdly enough, when I click the ingame buttons with my mouse and cast them this way there's literally no lag whatsoever. It's only when I use the keyboard....weird.

Today I checked my HD for errors and fixed what I found, removed some more unneeded software, un- and reinstalled java...also checked LoL for errors. Nothing there. For now it works again. No more lag while typing etc...not sure what it was in the end. I just hope it wont come back.
