Game not connecting after being autofilled

As the title says i logged in and played a game and everything ran just fine. Then i queue up for a game and get auto filled and everything runs smoothly in champ select but then my game doesn't load at all. Then after taking the loss i played two more games and got my main role and everything goes smooth as a baby's bottom. Accept queue and i get auto filled, same as before game dose not load in. Resulting in a 36 lp loss for the day because i got auto filled?
