Could not connect to ranked game

I just loaded up league got into ranked Q then got through champ select afterwards the game would not load up. Couldn't see champs loading up or anything just black screen with could not connect to servers retry. Retried on a couple different networks nothing changed and now I got the leaver buster hammer and I'm very confused. Plz help.
