Cursor issue

I was playing a ranked game earlier. Out of nowhere I am unable to click minions to attack them. I also couldn't target my enemy laner. So basically half of my skills were reduced to nothing. I figured I accidentally hit / or something. I wasn't having any issues casting however. This occurred on and off for about 5-6 minutes. The one thing I did do is tab at our base before spawn so I could close out facebook because it was giving me ping issues. The cursor issue occurred around 5 minutes in. By the time it ended I went on a massive tilt.
