Casting Whimsy on various champions causes no effect to occur when they use certain abilities, such as Master Yi's Alpha Strike

Master Yi uses Alpha Strike
Lulu shouts "TRANSMOGULATE!"

Master Yi is human, and Lulu is cut to ribbons

After having this bug happen numerous times i googled it, i found its an old one but it still exists.... why?

i honestly dont think Mr.Powerhouse should trump the tiny lil girl in this case, even so at the very least yi should be a squirrel after all the flashing about

If they got rid of the channel on Whimsy, this would not be a problem.

I was looking for this as well just to confirm I wasn't crazy. I'm not a Lulu main, but had her yesterday in ARAM and it was my job to land the whimsy on Yi to save the team. At first when Yi cut us down I thought I was too slow to catch him, but then noticed my whimsy was on cooldown, but Yi just Alpha'd straight through it.

I'm kinda just happy to find out it wasn't in my head.

Yi can use alpha to dodge skills no?

Lulu shouts when Whimsy is casted. Whimsy goes on cooldown when it is casted. Whimsy has a brief travel time when casted on an enemy. Master Yi can break oncoming projectiles by becoming untargetable during Alpha Strike.

If Yi casts Alpha Strike in that small window of time that Whimsy is traveling to him, then the projectile will break. Although the interaction is undesirable, I believe this is working correctly.

I see how Master Yi's Alpha Strike could cancel it, but this is not the only scenario I have seen Whimsy being canceled out. In the last two days I have had Whimsy canceled out by Renekton, Nidalee, Yasou, and Master Yi when they do their dashes. Yi makes sense, but the others do not.
