Pykes ult coming off of cooldown 10 seconds earlier than indicated.

I just got out of a game of SR co-op vs. ai (Intermediate) as Pyke, and something I noticed during it was an inconsistency with the cooldown on Pykes ultimate ability.

At one point in the match the CD timer said it was at 30 seconds, but when I alt-right clicked on it at that moment to alert my teammates to its CD it said in the chat that it was at 20 seconds instead. Turns out the chat was right as I was able to use the ultimate like normal during a fight at the middle red inhibitor turret even though the timer still had 10 seconds left on it.

Now the ultimate was only at rank 1 at the time this happened and I only saw that inconsistency at that one instance in the game so I don't know what causes it or how it even happens. Regardless though this should be looked at and fixed before it becomes a big problem in the future.
