Game Still Crashing

I have made a few posts in the last week regarding this issue. After doing a multitude of fixes as well as just not playing for a few days, I thought the problem was fixed (I played a few custom games by myself just to check if the game would crash) so I went over to normals to test to see how that was going. I had one game yesterday that went fine but then my one game today crashed. It crashed in the same way too, withing the first few minutes and completely locked out my screen so I had to restart my computer. I tried to log back in to get back into the game but now my client isn't booting. My next few fixes were going to be to try to run the game in windowed mode to see if that would help or maybe clean off my hard drive. I'm still not sure if this is a computer issue or a software issue but given that everything else on my computer is still working fine, I'm assuming it's the latter. I'm getting annoyed because this is my third post reporting the same issue with this patch and I have yet to get any help from a riot employee. Not only that, but I haven't gotten a notification from Riot saying that they are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it. I'm not the only person that's had this issue either. I saw at least 5 other people make posts about it on the support forum in the minimal looking I did, none of which had gotten help from riot employees either. Please, give me and the others with this issue a fix or at least tell us that you know this is a bug and that you're working on fixing it.
