Patch 5.4 Sivir Bug

Sivir Boomerang (Q) goes through targets without dealing damage to them on its return. This happens to jungle camps, lane minions, as well as enemy champions.

Disclaimer: I said patch 5.4 because that is the current patch, but this bug has been going on for more than just this patch.
