[CLIENT] Became unresponsive in champion select after saving Rune Page change.

Client became unresponsive in champion select after saving Rune Page change. Only one response, closing the Rune Page editor, occurred in the time since that action. Not even the timer decreased. There was no outside reason or justification for the unresponsiveness of the client.
