Is the Club issue still going on??

This probably happened like a year ago now, but I as the leader of my Club do not have a tag nor any evidence to even prove I was ever in a club except for the fact that my club members cannot invite me back because "i'm already in it"?

Just wondering because i've been off the boards for a few months and just recently started to play League frequently again and I kind of thought this whole thing was already solved??
