Forsaken Wolf Icon not showing in collections after I crafted it

I do not know if anyone else is encountering this issue, but after I crafted both the little wolf icon and the forsaken wolf icon in the hextech crafting interface, I only appear to have received the little wolf icon. I cannot find the forsaken wolf icon within my collection library, is there something I must do in order to have it "unlocked" per-say or have I actually encountered a glitch in the crafting? Please let me know if you have any information regarding the subject, and thank you for your time.

I had the same issue. For some reason the second icon (Divine Lion and Forsaken Wolf) do not appear in the collection. This is true whether you bought the icon or not. However, if you own the icons, you can click on your current icon in the top right and change to them that way, as they still appear in that menu.

I forgot to mention that I have already closed out my league client and reopened it to no avail, twice.
