Aphelios Sentries Broken (Bug??)

Hey everyone! I don't post so forgive my manners if anything is askew, just wanted to get that out of the way.

Playing ranked earlier today I came across several instances where wafter placing a sentry down, it would wait like normal for anything unfortunate enough to walk within range. However, the second the target left the sentry's range the turret would instantly disappear. poof Completely without being damaged or its timer running out. It doesn't matter what your offhand is when casting sentry as I've had the bug occur across different combos. Has anyone else experienced this? I play on NA servers if that matters at all. If video is needed I can go back and record some examples.
