massive Slow down on FPS on new client

On the new client i have noticed a massive change in the FPS late game. It starts out normal, even my Ping is better, but by late game my FPS slowly drops to 3 FPS. This happened every time. The ping is much better and more constant. I believe it may have something to do with the new recording system. not sure. The old client, while the ping is a little more jumpy, has better FPS. I tested this at 2 different locations. One with the best internet you can get, the other on minimal internet. the results were the same.
