Chroma Pack not working
Just bought Zac's Chroma pack and I can't use it in champion select.

Can I ask for a refund then? Can a riot member please assist me with this? I paid $5 dollars for the Chroma skins and I can't use them

Is this occurring in every game? Would you happen to have a screenshot of the champion select where this isn't working?
Regarding your other comment, if you're looking to refund the content, you would need to use a refund token.
This happens to me as well. I have the headhunter Yi pack. In the past I have submitted tickets and posted to the boards. The answer I got was "repair your game files/reinstall." I did that and it worked....for awhile. Now it is not working again. I think it has something to do with updates to the game files when being patched. For some reason is causes it to not work. At least that is my experience so far...
