Gold Mid Main LF 5-Man Dynamic Team for ranked

I'm 19 years of age, looking for a mature team that won't be giving up unless the game is clearly over.

What I do well:

• Good communicator without flooding voice chat with pointless banter. I'll basically just talk about things relative to the game, when I'm roaming, when I want a gank, strategy, etc
• Good roamer
• Solid team fighter

My most notable weakness would be not being a good shot-caller. I can make good decisions personally for myself, but guiding a team to where they are supposed to be is not a strength of mine.
