Looking for gold 5 to gold 1 reliable duo partner

As bad as this sounds, I'm looking for a duo partner that I can almost just "use" as another reliable player in a Solo Queue environment full of trolls and etc. This duo partner will also be "using" me for the same reason.

What I expect: -I expect you to play only champions that you have a positive win ratio with. I will do the same -Be able to play all 5 roles -Be able to carry games when fed. I can do the same.
