Annoying Homeguard Bug [Gameplay]

I havent noticed this very often, but ive also only seen it on a couple champs, where you recall and homeguard doesn't trigger properly. Ive noticed this on nidalee and teemo, im sure there are others but its super annoying when i have to keep walking on and off the fountain for my homeguard. Also, you can't refund homeguard since it counts as immediately impacting the game, but what if you buy it while you are dead? it doesnt impact.. just my thoughts and concerns.
