Sion ulti 90degrees turn [GAMEPLAY]

Hello, Just notice a Sion in the ennemy team who could bend his ulti 90degrees. I'm pretty sure this is a bug and he was exploiting it largely Fix it !

theres not much info in this post to describe it "sion turned 90 degrees" is all i got out of this are you sure he didn't place a ward/portal during his dash which can make him turn?
