endure afk

Hello,

Here is a bug that has been going on for years : someone goes afk in your team, and your bound to lose your time playing the game for 20 minutes instead of doing something interesting years that nothing is done against this, you still get a defeat playing 4v5, you still lose 20 minutes, and if you go afk to do something else, you get punished with the stupid 'i agree'. meanwhile the honor system is useless. I can be as nice as possible, 1 afk because someone is afk in my team, because I don't want to lose 20min of my life and I'm screwed

do you plan to do something someday with it ? like in the near future ? it's not like LoL was realeased years ago after all
