Can't click "see more stats" in Leagues Tab

Not sure if this is a bug or if they just have it disabled, but the "see more stats" button in the leagues tab is grayed out, when it is supposed to be blue. I haven't been able to access it since the reset and I always like looking at the in depth stats for my individual champs. Was hoping if a Rioter could shed some light on the subject?
