Key fragments and WTF RIOT SUPPORT

So, I had an issue today where the post-game lobby said I'd earned a key fragment, but then I did not actually get one on my crafting page (I was "farming" frags so I knew how many I had). Of course at this point I did not take a screenshot, because why would I expect the bug. But I figured maybe they could pull my logs or some technical mumbo-jumbo magic and see that yes, I did not get a key fragment when I should have. But then I go to the Riot Support page and the ticket drop down menu no longer has any options for in-game issues. NONE. You can submit a ticket now for monetary issues, account recovery, ISP/lag/bugsplat crash, physical merch, or general questions about LoL/Riot. Is the report a bug forum all we have now for an issue in-game?
