[Gameplay] TFT Item combine bug

When you try to pick up a freshly droppped item in TFT (it HAS to be an item that just dropped, I've never had this bug happen with items that were already sitting in my inventory), even if you grab it out of mid air, sometimes it will pick up a different item from your inventory, even if you grab the newly dropped item out of midair, and it's nowhere near the item it grabs instead.

Have had several wrong items combined because of this bug, and no it's not just me grabbing the wrong item. I'm 100% certain I clicked on one item and it picked up a different one.
