So... My PVP.net client is timing out [CLIENT]

Just generally when I'm in a lobby, I've been getting errors (more and more frequently) since the back half of patch 4.20

It gives a PVP.net error and I'm pretty sure that's why I can't get to the end game screen with all the people... yeah the one where you can honor or add people who were amazing. (I believe it's a PVP.net timeout error)

Anything I can do without repairing my game?
