Frames drop upon death

I googled my symptoms and the latest post I could find was from 2013. Basically sometimes right before I die the game drops from 60 (which I have it capped at (it also happens when the fps is uncapped) to 1fps. It is frustrating because I often save my heal or flash for the last second. I know that it is right before death and not after death because if I manage to actually get my heal off then I still drop frames but I don't die. Does anyone have a solution?

Was there a Challenger Nidalee in the games where this happened? Just curious.

I have the same issue. Whenever I am about to die, I get an annoying freeze so I am not even able to flash or maybe Zhonyas or whatever. It happens randomly. i haven't found a pattern with champs I play, my teammates or the enemy team.
