[Gameplay] Camera re-centers on revive, even when option disabled

Reproduce Step 1: Load up Summoner's Rift with "Move Camera on Revive" disabled Step 2: Die Step 3: Respawn and shoot global skillshot in the complete opposite direction because the camera moved.

I'm not sure if it happens every time. I have noticed it at least 4 times.
