[GAMEPLAY] Targeted spells hits the wrong target

FIRST IMAGE: I targeted Kennan with my W but for some reason it hit the minion instead. If you don't believe me I can provide a video of the situation. SECOND IMAGE: I targeted Jinx with my explosive charge as I was mid RocketJump. For some reason it targeted the minion. THIRD IMAGE: I targeted Lucian with Challenging Smite but for some reason it hit the minion.

The only thing that I can think of is that I was out of range, I don't know for sure if I was or not but it is plausible. Again if you want video proof you can have it (Its just more of a pain)
