Not Getting Mastery Tokens bug.

Please see attached images. I did correctly play a level 5 champion and I did correctly get an S- or higher score, but a champion mastery token was not awarded. How am I supposed to achieve Mastery level 7 if I can't earn tokens?

That update is coming this patch, it isn't being implemented as of yet though.

I actually have 2 tokens but I can't upgrade for some reason
