[CLIENT] Client plays Login Music at all times, even into game.

I've had most of my client muted for various reasons including issues with that ambient sound bug I and other have encountered. Today, when I unmuted all of the sounds and music, I found the login music playing from the client in all areas when signed in. The music even played along into champ select and into a custom game that I created to see if it would. The login music did not stop until the client was closed and relogged.

I've no leads to reproduction outside of what was described.
