Can't reconnect to game after being disconnected [CRASH]/[Client (I think)]

So I lost connection in the middle of a game but when I tried reconnecting I could never reconnect to the game I just got a black screen and then an error message saying can't reconnect to game please check internet. So I checked if my internet was working and it was; I could connect to sites just fine. So I kept trying and still I could not reconnect to the game and it kept giving me that error message. Eventually I restarted the entire client only to see that my team had lost the game.

How to reproduce

I am not exactly how easily this can be reproduced because it is a very odd occurrence but here is what I did after what happened

Get disconnected from game by internet (Wait till you see that loading bar saying attempting to reconnect in game)

Wait for internet to become normal

Exit game

Click reconnect in client

This is the first time this has happened that I know of and every other time I attempt to reproduce this bug the game reconnects like it is supposed to although sometimes when I change internet connections the game will not reconnect ever unless I switch back to the old connection.
