(GAMEPLAY} Neekos w still doesnt work on towers

I find this funny because it literally worked on my first game in a custom game vs bots, and then I played a ranked game and it didn't work a single time. Then I tried in practice tool and it didn't work either. I will still play her since I'm a 1 trick but I hope it will be fixed 1 day :(.

It works randomly in some games it's really weird.

I'm pretty sure it hasn't worked longer than it has worked, which is stupid. It's a massive, MASSIVE part of Neeko's early game power especially if you can grab some plates. I've actually been commenting on Meddler's posts asking about it and even though the patch notes finally answered my pleas, I'm so sad it is STILL bugged. I wonder if transforming bugs it out permanently somehow against buildings, I can't think of another reason I simple 3 hit passive shouldn't work.
