[GAMEPLAY] Lux's "Lucent Singularity" invisible during game

Recently played a (terrible) game versus a support Lux, and the ability "Lucent Singularity" was completely invisible. Neither the ball nor the red ring would show up when casted, but it still slowed and did its damage. nobody on my team could see the ability, but the enemy team never responded to my question.
