[GAMEPLAY] Maokai Saplings trigger Thunderlords, please fix ASAP!

While playing against Maokai I discovered that his empowered saplings (after landing in a bush) would explode and cause a DOT on anyone who got hit. The bug is that this DOT was triggering Thunderlords all on its own! The rule is that only DoT effects that a player can escape early will trigger Thunderlords, those with a set duration will NOT trigger it. Therefore, this is a bug. And it makes him one hell of a botlaner....
