[CLIENT] Home page bugged unable to participate in Bilgewater event

I just downloaded Patch 5.14 and upon logging in it froze my cpu so I shut it down and tried again, worked but the home page was bugged (see photo) so i tried repairing the client and nothing changed, so I uninstalled then reinstalled league same result, I can play games and all but i'm unable to Choose a champion for the Bilgewater event and I really want to participate and would be really bummed if this bug keeps me from getting rewards

Same problem going on my client, I only tried to repair but I guess if I reinstalled the game I would still have this bug.

Same problem, I tried the repair option and it did not fix it and also I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still did not fix. It also very annoying because of this bug we are unable to get Bilgewater event rewards.

Same here. My home screen only shows a box with an "?" in it. Every update ruins something for me. It'd be nice if I could actually enjoy an event without dealing with this crap every time. :/

UPDATE: With the recent addition of chapter 2 the problem seems to have sorted itself out, I wish the rest of you luck
