Patch 5.14 Home page bugged unable to participate in Bilgewater event

I just downloaded Patch 5.14 and upon logging in it froze my cpu so I shut it down and tried again, worked but the home page was bugged (see photo) so i tried repairing the client and nothing changed, I can play games and all but i'm unable to Choose a champion for the Bilgewater event and I really want to participate and would be really bummed if this bug keeps me from getting rewards
