Champion Select Bug?

So very often I don't see any of the banning or the pick phase. Sometimes when it is my turn to choose a champ I can't as the screen is frozen.

Then when if I'm lucky enough for it to unfreeze before my turn the champions are all over the place / missing.

Playing on a Mac IOS 10.9.5
