Launcher and Game Loading problems?

Alright so... I log in and I get this screen shown below. Tried reloading a few times and nothing... So what ever, I go into a game and while I'm banning I click my first ban and then the whole screen freezes and just trying to load from server.

Anyone else having these issues? I tried the repair option and it has not helped.
