Champion Select Freezing (Mac)

On every draft pick / ranked game during champion select it seems to freeze during the banning phase OR during champion select.

If I am unlucky enough to have not chosen a champion yet I always time out and get deductions for not locking in a champion when the whole screen is frozen.

In the screenshot provided I locked in. Then the chat box goes inactive, and I see that my team is choosing Diana However I did not see anything until my team was choosing their last champion. When suddenly all champs are locked in and all their text comes flooded through.

Game play was fine. No lag or crashes this time. Just this champion select freezing business.

I'm playing on a Mac Book Air OSX version 10.9.5 ***

Same thing has been happening to me every game during champion select i get the same message and my screen freezes/crashes..... 2010 macbook pro. Its been happening for weeks now. If the game starts i get no disconnect, but when i go back to the client after game, its disconnected. Riot was is happening, can you at least bother to answer? i lose my series matches 4 times already because of this, and the temporary bans plus point deductions, i'm disappointed. I'm a league fan, but also a mac fan.

i have the same problem, i lost around 50 lp points in total from this. evertime i join the champion selection the client freezes and i can't pick a champion... the only game mode i can play is team builder.. unfortunately riot doesn't listen to us mac players...
