I am currently playing a game where the entire game is lagging, every single summoner. Minions are piling up nothing is dieing. I can walk though the mountain walls as well.
This is obviously a server issue. WTF is this?

Same just happened to me. Won my first ranked match xD
Do you have a mac client? Do you also get something called Atos asking for permission to run?
I'm having this, too. Champions disappear as well ;-;
