[CLIENT] text encoding bug - □□□ Squares □□□ instead of greek letters

text encoding bug - □ □ □ Squares □ □ □ instead of greek letters

I have ΦωΦ in my tag and it displays just squares in game and in chat (but works fine in client chat before game starts)
