[Tooltip Bug] Lich Bane not showing up under Cooldown Items

When you search for Cooldown Reduction in the shop Lich Bane does not show up in there although I'm quite certain it gives 10% CD now. Also on a somewhat similar balance note, Is Runeglaive still supposed to give only 40 ap in the preseason? Its the lowest "comepleted" ap item compared to an average of 80 ap [and in comparision Warrior gives 60 ad while other ad items give on average 65.]
