So the enemy team did what it says in the title. Even though their Darius died before the vote started. If it was because the enemy team got first blood, I don't think that should make it so they can still surrender even after someone on their team died.
So, what i'm hearing is you're complaining about a free win,
First blood only prevents a remake from happening if it happens before someone left. If it happens after someone has already left, then the remake is still valid.
Looking at the game, the enemy team had a Vayne that seemed to have been disconnected from the start, considering the Vayne didn't buy any items. Since they were disconnected from the beginning of the game, first blood happened after someone had left, meaning the remake is still valid. Not a bug.
