Can Anyone help Fix This PVP KERNEL THING

I have been at this issue for days now. I uninstall LOL and reinstall again an it gives me the same thing. Everytime i instll the game and i click on the logo it pops up ready to load and then it shows the PVP kernel is not working. WHat should i do guys
