Riot, are you EVER going to fix this client?

For as long as I have been playing (mid season 3) the client has been horribly bugged. But now, more then ever, the client is almost unusable broken.

Bug splats happen every 2-3 games. Every time, I get a bug splat, I have to go through the painful process of; 1.) deleting lol air client.sln from the league directory 2.) Opening the patcher, waiting for it to re download. 3.) having to open the login screen (I don't know why we can't just skip this step, if there is no update, why the hell do we have to go through this?) 4.) Enter my password that the client can't be set to remember, or auto login with. 5.) Have the login screen stay on "logging on" for eternity. At this point I have to repeat steps 2-5 around 10 times to enter the client. 6.) Around 1 in 2 times, get ANOTHER bug splat. Now, I have to repeat this painful 6 minute (at best) process over again. I think almost anyone on the boards can agree this game is amazing. But that doesn't matter at all if even playing a single match has to become a rocket science project.

You guys need a dedicated team working on the client. right now its held together with no thought by glue.

what I think are obvious must haves for the league of legends client; 1.) bypass the patcher and login screen when its unnecessary

2.) revamp the way the Que system works. make it so you can see how many people are in the Que (better for getting accurate results for search times). Also, if one incredibly annoying individual declines the Que, the whole damn thing shouldn't wait for the timer to run out.

3.) make it save more data (like item sets) online. god knows how many times people have to re download the launcher.

4.) champion and skin sales should be always featured in the front page.

5.) There should be a button to report elo booster bots for spam.

6.) There should be privacy settings so people you have never played with can't send you requests.

The whole process you described sounds unique to you. I've never heard anyone say something similar.

Im always having trouble with the client but never anything as serious as this

Have you tried a clean LoL install? Meaning deleting ALL LoL related files and folders from your computer and re-downloading the client and reinstalling it? Personally I have been playing since the Season 1 and never over the past of these 5 years, experienced a bug splat... even despite using custom textures and skins that can screw up the client by themselves.

The Mac client is no longer supported by macOS update 10.14.1. Where is the updates to the client? Why has it been in beta form for 5 years? If you can’t get your shit together at least offer us a refund for the thousands of dollars we have paid to play the game and we will find a game that actually supports our operating system, which you claim to do!!!!!
