[GAMEPLAY] - Matchmaking on normal blind/draft massively broken since Thursday July 12

Eight days into this particular issue that started on Thursday morning July 12th and is ongoing as of July 20th.

I've been unranked for four+ years and like casual play. I hate the ranked mentality and have no desire to go back to it, but on Thursday the 12th I began getting put in matches all of a sudden vs gold, plat, and diamond players. Some on my team, some on the enemy team, turning it into a battle of who can beat up the low levels quicker. Before Thursday morning I had no issues with anything like this, suddenly it began matching me constantly with people I have little to no chance against and the toxicity and utter hatred towards the lower level players is absolutely repugnant. I don't know what happened but this has to be fixed. I've got plenty of OP.GG statistics as needed to show how badly the stomps have been, but I'm hoping since others experienced this as well that you finally pay attention and fix it.
